When I sell your home, I treat it as though I am selling my own house. That means I have to get to know your home beyond the age of the appliances and condition of the HVAC system.

In my home, I love my __________ [wherever you are in your picture!] because __________. Your favorite space might not be so obvious, so let's make sure we point it out to prospective buyers! 2. Which features in your home have you updated since you bought it? If you put time and effort into picking the perfect granite countertops or refinishing the home's original hardwood floors, we'll definitely want to market that to potential buyers. 3. What will you miss the most about living here?Whether it's the coffee shop around the corner, the neighbors' amazing block parties every summer or the view of the sun setting from the back deck, odds are that potential buyers will fall in love with it too. Tell me: if I were to ask you any of these questions today, what would your answer be1? |

![]() Like so many other industries, real estate has definitely changed a lot over the past year.
Even though I miss getting together in person with colleagues, happy hours with the office and more in-person get- togethers with my clients, I'm so grateful that real estate is essential and that I can do most of my job virtually. Here are a few ways that real estate has changed o over the past year and what you can expect if you're preparing to buy or sell: 💻 EVERYTHING IS VIRTUAL: Who knew that everything from buyer/seller consultations to first showings to closings could take place remotely? 🧴 WE'RE KEEP IT CLEAN! I've never washed my hands as much as I have this year. I always have hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes on hands for all of my clients and listings. 🏡 HOMES ARE MOVING QUICKLY: Between the pandemic causing more people to stay at home and ultra-low interest rates, there are a lot of buyers on the market! Although every situation and neighborhood is different, many homes are going under contract within days and with multiple offers. |
